I graduated from UCSB with honors in 2008.  I then moved to NYC to begin my career at an online advertising agency.

After one year working with the agency, I decided to pursued medicine. I got my Physician Assistant (PA) degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn NY in 2012. 

At that point, I moved back to California where I began my career in the ER, PM&R and private practice simultaneously. 

In 2014 I moved to Fresno where I practiced Cardiology and Orthopedics. I  was then transferred for work in San Luis Obispo where I began working for Dignity Health Orthopedics. I was internally transferred to Osteoporosis, where I worked with a world leader in Osteoporosis studies. When our daughter was born I transitioned closer to home working as the first PA in 30 years at a private orthopedic practice. That is where I worked until COVID-19. 

I was fortunate enough to find a position with San Luis Internal Medicine where I have been working since late 2020. I see adult patients in a primary care setting. We prescribe, treat, and perform procedures for patients daily. Happy to be apart of a strong team.

I am looking to change how medicine is viewed and practiced.  I think our system is broken.  I think insurance is broken.  

My goal is to create real change through education.
